DTN Closing Grain Comments 10/07 13:50
Wheat Recovers Monday; Bean Oil Rises; Corn, Soy Mixed in Quiet Trade

Wheat markets recovered from early weakness to close higher Monday. Soybean
oil got a boost from stronger palm and crude oil markets. Corn and soybeans
traded on both sides of unchanged with soybeans weaker on the falling soymeal
market and the expanding harvest. A clear harvest forecast in the U.S. and a
wetter forecast for northern Brazil weighed on values.
